Each Local Committee has their own team, composed of Local a President and Vice-President, Local Officers for each Standing Committee, as well as Small Working Groups (SWGs) taking part in a project they have been assigned to.

The entire BeMSA operation is supervised by a National Board called the Team of Officials. This team is elected by the LC Presidents and Vice-Presidents each year. They make sure the organisation operates efficiently and continues to represent its core values. The Team of Officials is supported by assistants throughout the year.
