The deadline for candidatures and motions is September 27th at 23:59.
Please note that this event is not free. You will receive breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner on Saturday. On Sunday, you will receive breakfast, lunch and snacks.
The prices for this event are:
- €45 for the whole weekend with accommodation in Hostel H in Hasselt
- €30 for the whole weekend without accommodation
- €20 if you are only attending Saturday
- €15 if you are only attending Sunday.
