We will also hold an election for the open positions of the national board. You can submit your candidature through this form.
Motions for the plenary can be submitted through this form.
The deadline for candidatures and motions is February 14th at 23:59.
Please note that this event is not free. You will receive dinner on Friday. On Saturday, breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner on Saturday. And on Sunday, you will receive breakfast, lunch and snacks.
The prices for this event are:
- €40 for the whole weekend (Friday - Sunday) with accommodation in Aalst
- €35 for the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) with accommodation in Aalst
- €20 for the weekend without accommodation
- €13 if you are only attending Saturday
- €10 if you are only attending Sunday.
